Annotation

The attention of the author is focused on the anthropomorphous objects – dolls, growth figures, votive crosses, used by women in various practices, including rituals. In the North Russian cultural tradition anthropomorphous figures play a special role in creation of social communications that allows to consider them as subject markers of the group (ethnic, local, gender). The morphological and functional specification of objects is considered in the article. Transformations and movements of anthropomorphous objects occurring under the influence of social, economic and cultural factors are of the utmost concern.
